Domestic: 

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders will receive an email with tracking information within two days of the shipment. 

International:

For International Orders, the shipping provider will vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. You can always check shipment information on your account. 

International customer are responsible for returns, import duties, taxes, and charges required to release your order from customs upon arrival. The aforementioned are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Bear Christ.

Please note, we do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Bear Christ will not be responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

 

We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to wrong address.  Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order.  Contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages.
