RETURN POLICY

 

Need to return an item? No problem!

 

You have 14 days to return the product to be eligible for a refund. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed without body odor or fragrance and undamaged in the original packaging.  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. Also,  if 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

 

All accessories, permanently marked down items  and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

Free gifts and promotional items are not returnable. Items purchased while on sale or with coupons are only returnable for store credit, not refunds.

 

 EXCHANGE POLICY

To exchange an item ( if available):

 

Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if its a return or an exchange. Exchanges will be processed and added to your account as a store credit. Store credits will be applied to your store account.  You must have a store account to receive your credit.  Please make sure you have created a store account before submitting a return.

Note: Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days. You are responsible to pay for the shipping for your return item. A return label will only be provided if it's a mistake on our part. 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment or via store credit, within 10 working days after your return has been received.
  • Items must be shipped and received before a refund/credit is issued.
  • If your return is rejected, our team will contact you with more information.
